We’ve spent years working closely with the finest factories in China and South Korea. Our raw lash materials are carefully sourced from Korea and then sent to China for expert production—an exceptional and rare collaboration in today’s beauty industry. Lashweb’s founder personally visits each factory to ensure the highest standards in material quality, production processes, and style variety. As a true beauty enthusiast, she stays hands-on through every step of the journey. Her passion and unique sense of style are reflected in every lash that arrives at our customers’ doorsteps.
Meet Birgit Karu — the heart and founder of Lashweb
Birgit Karu is a dedicated wife, mother of two, and experienced beauty professional with over nine years in the lash and makeup industry – working as a lash artist, mentor, makeup artist, and brow expert. With her passion and heartfelt approach, Birgit has built a brand that empowers beauty professionals and helps everyone feel confident.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in Australia, where she lived for six years and opened her first lash salon – overcoming challenges, saving her first capital while working at a car wash. After successfully selling her salon, she moved back to Estonia and founded Lashweb, a brand loved by beauty professionals.
Birgit believes that success comes from heart, courage, and lifelong learning. Her mission is to inspire others, provide professional-grade products, and shape a more empowering and inclusive beauty industry.
